HelpFraud provides automated risk indicators for websites, messages, email addresses, phone numbers and public domain intelligence. Results are informational risk signals and are not proof that a person or business has committed fraud.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or security controls, submit unlawful content, scrape private data, interfere with other users, or use the service to harass or defame others.

You are responsible for your account and API credentials. Free, Pro and Business features and limits are shown on the Pricing page. Free interactive checks are abuse-controlled by a privacy-preserving public-IP quota; paid plans and Business API access have separate fair-use and technical limits. API keys must remain server-side and may be revoked when compromised or misused.

Paid subscriptions are processed exclusively through PayPal. HelpFraud does not accept cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency or other payment methods directly.

We aim to keep HelpFraud available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. External reputation, domain, advertising and payment services may be unavailable or produce incomplete data. We do not fabricate provider results when a provider is not connected.

Adsterra advertising may appear for eligible Free users under the applicable consent rules. PayPal processes subscription payments under PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, HelpFraud and its operator are not liable for decisions made solely on automated risk indicators, indirect loss, or loss caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the service, law or business model changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date.
