You may cancel a paid subscription through the available HelpFraud/PayPal subscription controls. Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the PayPal subscription state. Access may continue for a paid period where the confirmed subscription status permits it.

Refunds are not automatically promised for partially used billing periods. We will provide refunds where required by applicable law and may provide discretionary refunds for duplicate charges or verified service/billing errors.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@helpfraud.com with the PayPal transaction/subscription reference. Do not send PayPal passwords or authentication codes.

Mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights in your country are not limited by this policy. Where digital-service performance starts immediately at your request, statutory cancellation rules may differ by jurisdiction.
